Let me start this off by saying my husband and I LOVE cookout. We order the exact same thing about 98% of the time, but almost every time there’s at least two things wrong with our order. Tonight we went and ordered our usuals, ending with a huge cheerwine with NO ICE. We get up to the window and get handed a regular large cheerwine full of ice. Ordered Out West Style which comes with pickles and onions. Specifically asked for NO ONION as it shows on the receipt. What I received was no pickles which I wanted and an entire slice of onion which I specifically asked them to leave off. It's written on the receipt. How do you not look at the receipt when making the order? This was to go so when I got back to work to eat my $12 lunch, it was extremely disappointing. They really need to do better. I feel robbed, I paid for something and didn't get what I clearly asked for.
