Absolutely awful! Worst burger I've ever had. It's a skinny burnt patty. Gross! Soggy onion rings & soft fries. Plus my boyfriend got the wrong burger.
Third time they forgot my fries, but who wants to wait for another 30min to let them know. Still love the food though.
I never review fast food restaurants, but Cookout gets a 5 star solely for being a staple of my time in Knoxville. I was glad to go back and relive the late-night Cookout experience. Not much else to say -- it's Cookout. Adjust your expectations accordingly. If you're hungry at 3 AM, where better else to go?
Worst customer service. First, the drive-through line was long, so I couldn’t pull up all the way to the speaker when Cesar asked to take my order. When I was able to reach the speaker, I let him know I was ready, but I sat there a while before he responded. Then he sounded really annoyed when he finally asked to take my order. I placed my order and asked him if I could have mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and onion only, and he said yes. I said hello to him when I pulled up to the window and he ignored me.
