My husband and I bought a used Dodge Ram from Cook, Derrik was our salesman. Derrik was great, he was able to answer any questions we had and was a very personal and friendly throughout the buying process. I would highly recommend checking them out if your looking for a new or used vehicle. I LOVE THE TRUCK and thanks Derrik for the DooDoo discount!!! lol :)
My daughter and I were on a trip when my car had an issue with the alternator. My husband called the and talked to the service manager, he told us to bring it in. We took it in and they looked at it right away. They were not able to fix it because the part was out of stock. They did go above to help us get back on the road.
I just bought a dodge dart and had a great salesman , Dan. I was in and out of the dealership in about 2hrs. The fastest time ever!
Worst place to do business with. Lying, cheating dealership unworthy of anyone's business. Only reason they get one star is that without it the review wouldn't post.
