This place deserves 0 stars!!! Purchased a brand new vehicle in 2019. There is a manufacturers design flaw in the vehicle, that causes a cylinder head to crack, resulting in the need to have to replace the entire engine. The mileage on the car, still falls under the powertrain warranty, however, the "year" expired 2 months before this major repair. Purchased my son a 2020 Kia Soul on August 9,2023. Upon picking the vehicle up after cleanup at 10:30pm at night we quickly discovered that 1 of the 2 keys di not work, luckily the salesman that sold the car was still there and confirmed my problem with the keys. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I took my car in for diagnosis on a check engine light and they had me waiting for hours before telling me I needed an entire transmission replacement. After getting a second opinion I found that my transmission sealant had broke and was spilling fluid because my front left axle was improperly installed. My husband and I bought a used Dodge Ram from Cook, Derrik was our salesman. Derrik was great, he was able to answer any questions we had and was a very personal and friendly throughout the buying process. I would highly recommend checking them out if your looking for a new or used vehicle. I LOVE THE TRUCK and thanks Derrik for the DooDoo discount!!! lol :)
My daughter and I were on a trip when my car had an issue with the alternator. My husband called the and talked to the service manager, he told us to bring it in. We took it in and they looked at it right away. They were not able to fix it because the part was out of stock. They did go above to help us get back on the road.
