First time visit verified all I had been told of the staff here. A one year resident of Spring Arbor here in Middletown I was treated with great respect and care. I look forward to the next appointment in January.

Middletown Family Dentistry is wonderful Short waits, modern and immaculate equipment and office. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Arrighi does beautiful work and is very gentle. We highly recommend them for all family members!
The best in Delaware My first experience with this practice was great and after not being at a dentist for 3 years I was very anxious and they made my visit very easy. My second visit was just as great since I haven't had a cleaning in the same time period. I would recommend anyone to go to this practice.
