The best, hands down!
I’ve been a patient here for over 3 years and I can confidently say this is the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, the staff is warm, professional, and attentive. Dr. Cook is incredibly skilled, patient, and takes the time to explain procedures clearly, making sure I’m comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Cook to anyone looking for high-quality dental care in a friendly and professional environment!
They do not participate with my Insurance so I have to pay out of pocket up front for any work to be done. Dr Cook said I could do a payment plan and I set one up. The day before my procedure the office staff said I needed a 1/3 of the cost for the procedure. I had to cancel my procedure that had been scheduled over a month. I am on disability and have a limited income. They are greedy money hungry people who say they will work with what you can afford but that's not true. I have had fantastic experiences with Dr. Cook and his team! The entire team is warm, professional, and truly cares about patient comfort. Dr. Cook is thorough and attentive, and the hygienist was absolutely wonderful. I have sensitive teeth, and they were great about making sure I was comfortable during the cleaning.
