Hard to buy property from. Tried to buy property they had listed at full price for 2 of 3 lots. Even though they listed as separate lots and said they would subdivide the 13.15 acres, they would not. I then made a 5 thousand above price offer on the full 13.15 acres. Still no deal. Not sure why they listed the property. Dewayne H
