Dr.Cook is very professional and honest. I recently got told I needed surgery on my back but after I visited Dr.Cook I did not need the surgery. She saved me from a lot of money. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Smooth talk u into crap that they can charge you out the ass for!!!!!! 105.00. Roller bed ,that I was talked into, from the assistant that I thought was a doctor, nasty place for any treatment..... better ask how much before you leave desk. I want my money back
