I don't know what has changed in the last 6 months but the last 2 times we have been here the Waiting time is ridiculous. Tonight August 27th we waited 2 hours in the waiting room and an hour an a half past our online check-in. My 5 year old was having an asthma attack, and we were left waiting 2 hours before we walked out. Ridiculous and very disappointed.

They will get you in if needed are super nice do a good job check everything out give you paperwork on what was done and any suggestions they may have love this place only place I’ll take my son

Love Cooks Children Urgent Care. The staff is extremely nice and so helpful. There wasn't hardly a wait at all. I highly reccomend!
terrible staff. self absorbed sissy brats just standing around giggling about their uniform and argue with you when your child is clearly sick and cant hold anything down they admitted to being alarmed about how his throat looked but just gave him zofran for his stomach and sent him on his way . smdh and hes got insurance!! never going back . took over 2 hrs for that!? they were better before branching out into several clinics. now theyre lazy and rude
ok the waiting time at the "urgent care " was 3 plus hrs the service in the bk was a 5 but that wait time they need to regroup on that. 3 plus hrs is like waiting at the er and it supposed to be better at the urgent care
