Great place!! Dr Smith has an exceptional bedside manner, great with kids, and is very knowledgeable about various. Love how down to earth he was and easy to talk. He also caught a very serious condition that had been overlooked by another doctor in the metroplex. Also, Kristen and Jodi are SO friendly and efficient at their jobs. Very impressed with the office staff, nurse, doctor and so happy we finally found a great pediatrician!
Just moved from Dallas to TC and switched to Dr. Smith! We heard about him through several friends who gave awesome recommendations. My 3-year-old who is terrified of doctor offices (because of chronic ear infections) adored him and still talks about him. Dr. Smith was very thorough and took lots of time answering questions and gave good suggestions. We are so thankful he's in the neighborhood and is the perfect fit for our family/kiddos.
Dr. Smith and his staff are FABULOUS! They care for my 4 month old and 2.5 year old who both feel extremely comfortable when visiting the office. Dr. Smith takes quality time with each visit to really connect with my boys. I feel comfortable asking questions and I am confident in the care he provides. His staff works efficiently and I never feel as though my time is wasted on waiting to be seen! Very tech savvy atmosphere with patient needs/concerns in mind. Truly glad to have found THE perfect pediatrician for our family.
Dr. Smith and his staff are wonderful! He is thorough, informative, kind, and he's great with my little guy. I tend to ask a lot of questions and Dr. Smith goes the extra mile to answer them and has pulled up articles and information to help answer my questions. He is also very responsive through the patient portal when I have written questions during off hours. His staff has followed up to check on my son when he's sick and they are so caring. Trophy Club is lucky to get a great pediatrician!
