We drive out of our way to visit this pediatric office. The team of doctors there are amazing and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
I love all the staff and doctors here. Everyone is so welcoming and caring. The doctors are amazing no matter who we have seen for well checks or even sick visits.
Dr Saksena is the best pediatrician I’ve ever met.
I wanna give 5 stars to the Dr and his nurses but because the office staff upfront I can't. Dr Deitchman is one of the best he was my sons dr when he was born and he is now 19 and my daughter and my 3rd child as well. I recommended him to friends with a newborn and they couldn't stop thanking me because they love him too. The staff upfront can be rude and unfriendly at times. We have been going to this office for years and all unfortunately will end today due the lack of organization and service provided by the staff office & nursing staff. Dr is extremely knowledgeable and supportive however the lack of service to get a simple medical form filled out is unacceptable. Having forms lost and being told incorrect info leads you lose confidence that your concerns will be addressed properly. After dropping the same form off 3 times I feel I was more than understanding. Very professional, and attentive staff. Between calling and physically driving from one ER, to the next, we tried 6 before coming to Cook’s. I was glad that we had made the trip over.
