Great Place
My 6 year old is VERY scared of the dentist and has never cooperated even though he has been to the dentist many times. He was not willing to let the asst. clean his teeth. She was very kind to him. He did allow the dentist to examine his teeth and apply a flouride treatment but it was not easy. They did the best they could with my very difficult child and I appreciated their patience and help.
We had a very long wait at this appointment. Granted, our insurance changed so they had to verify our insurance but we waited for over an hour in the waiting room before we were taken back...and this was only after I complained about our wait. Then, we waited in the exam room for about 20 minutes. They knew our previous insurance was not valid yet nobody called me to get my new insurance information. I must have received 8-10 reminders about the appointment but not once did they call or email me to collect my new insurance i... read more
Dr. Tao did awesome with my two girls. They usually cry the entire time at the dentist. Dr. Tao sang to them while he looked at their teeth and they did not cry! I was impressed and would recommend iKids!
We love everything about Ikids!
My kids have been going to Ikids for right at a year now and we absolutely love them! They are great with the kids and help the parents in any and every way they can possible!
The Burleson office is awesome. Christine at front is amazing. Shes always polite and professional. Also, Lorelie is just as amazing. She jokes with the kids and makes them feel very comfortable. Actually everyone in this office is awesome. They are all very helpful and friendly. Will always bring my kids here. Have also gotten friends and family to bring their kids here. We all appreciate their hard work.

I was impressed with the quality of care that both the doctor and hygienist gave my children. I was pleased by the sweet disposition of the hygienist and how she treated my son.
