Dr. Tran was great. The nurses were so sweet as well. Great communication on all sides and they answered all of my questions.
If you can have your child's procedure done elsewhere I certainly would. My son was scheduled for a procedure and they verified his benefits gland told me was at his annual out of pocket max and it would he no cost to us. He had his procedure and then I get hit with a $2000 bill related to some insurance not covering part of it. I tried to ask why did you tell me it was covered 100% and now you are saying different. What can I say?? Nurse Ellen, Dr. Rothschiller, and Dr Baktha made my daughters experience amazing. They ensured she was comfortable, they communicated effectively, and overall cared. If every nurse and Dr. were like those at this surgery center, patients would much more satisfied. Thank you so much for caring for Clarity and her baby (you guys went above and beyond)!!!
My little 23m girl got ear tubes and adenoidectomy surgery done today. Front desk staff were delightful. Doctors were wonderful and communicated everything. Nurses were just amazing. Special shout out to nurse Ellen who basically treated us like family and my daughter as her own. We got all our questions answered and felt the extra special love and care. As a first time parent I appreciate it so much.
Have seen a lot of bad reviews about this place. Had a minor procedure on my little one. The financial part of it was difficult, but that’s because it’s private (49% physician owned and 51% cook owned). Once the financial hit was over, everything went smoothly. Nurses were caring. Everyone was nice. Surgery went well. Yeah, it was expensive but my child’s health is the most important thing to me.
