Aubrey is my issue. I returned a missed call from them involving my daughter's sleep study appointment. Aubrey answered the phone. I let her know I received a voicemail and was calling them back involving my daughter's appointment. We have been rescheduled 3 times and now ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT before we drove 4 hours, THEY CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT yet again.
Just called to make an appointment for my son. I’m private pay. I explained my son has autism and that he needs to see a specialist. The receptionist said the most out of pocket thing I’ve ever heard “that they don’t treat Autism in Amarillo we would have to go to Fort Worth for him to be seen, they don’t do that around here” Educate your staff on ASD.
