My son had RSV and they didn’t even check his oxygen not once. The nurse at shift change did not want to help me because she was going home. Then another nurse argued with me about Tylenol. This hospital does not respect parents wishes. They don’t care if your child has retractions either. They will also prescribe unnecessary medicine like Zofran. Pricing it out of this world. Over 7k for less then a 5 minute procedure, ear tubes. Its absolutely shocking, I will be changing doctors so I never have to come to this place again as my child will probably need another few rounds of tubes. After calling around to other locations I found facility billing less than $3k for the same code. Its honestly theft. Had to take my 5 day old newborn here for severe jaundice. The staff was very unprofessional. The triage nurses asked each other how to hook my baby up to machines right in front of us (as if we weren’t distraught enough). Once admitted, they sent a nurse practitioner to “diagnose” my baby. She claimed that the jaundice was caused by my breastmilk. When I asked why, she said “I don’t know” and walked away.
