Our experience at this facility was an absolute nightmare, characterized by medical dismissal, poor patient relations, and predatory billing. We brought our son in for an illness, only to have our concerns completely disregarded. We were told that he looked "completely healthy" and was discharged. I am only leaving one star so I can state that they deserve zero stars. The laziness and lackadaisical attitudes towards our 9 month old baby girl was maddening. The urgent care AND ER missed a UTI when we brought her in a week ago for a 103.5 temp. They stated that the abnormal urinalysis results were due to iodine. They sent the culture off and we didn’t hear back from them about the missed infection until a week had passed. Absolutely blown away by the front desk, nurses (Karen & Margie) doctors & a special shoutout out to the respiratory team (Margie & Travis) They have been so attentive and kind during this stay. My 3 year old was transferred and they stepped in and have made this overwhelming time more bearable! Rooms were very clean, they were stocked with all our needs. I can’t wait to see the future of this place!
