I have had terrible experience with Dr. Hamburg's "Woodlands Dental Partners". I saw one of his associates who told me I needed $3500 work on my upper front teeth. He ground my teeth down to very small nubs which later broke. Then they told me I needed to spend several thousand dollars more for dental implants. I asked to see Dr. Hamburg for a solution. Dr. Hamburg then turned around and re-crowened teeth that his associate dentist told me should be removed. Six months later, the teeth have failed...... I don't know how the ... read more

If I could give this office less than zero I would . I was lied to and told for over a month they had filed a prior authorization to our insurance. I found out the claim had never been filed . We were waiting to have a very important dental procedure done . Please save yourself time and effort and go to another dentist
Dr Hamburg told me my bridge work needed to be replaced with his work. He told me my new dental work would last 20 years. After spending close to $9,000.oo, I’ve had to have 1 part of new bridge recemented in less than a year, one lone tooth came out over the weekend while we were out of town. I called Monday for an appointment at the office where he did the work, was told that he no longer works in this location but someone else would recement it. I was told I need a new bridge or an implan.

It took weeks to get an appointment and was scheduled for 10:45. There was a recording confirming my 10:45 appointment. I get there and get schooled by the staff that my exam was for 9:45. I told her it was 10:45 and the recording even said 10:45. I was basically called a liar as the girl rolled her eyes stating it was 9:45. The other girl stepped in and said it was for 9:45. I had a great experience at Conwood this morning 8/24/16. I had no trouble getting an appointment and the wait was minimal. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Bachour is also very friendly. He told me exactly what I needed to have done so will be back in 3 weeks to complete procedures. So happy I changed dentist.
They were very friendlymade our children feel excited to get there teeth done ,and that's half the battle.
