CLEANED THE CRAP OUT OF OUR PLACE WHEN WE LEFT AND IT TOOK TWO YEARS TO GET A LETTER BACK SAYING WE WOULDNT GET A DEPOSIT BACK BECAUSE THEY NICKLE AND DIME FOR EVERYTHING! NOT TO MENTION THE OWNER MIKE CONWAY AVOIDS YOU! HORRIBLE MAINTENENCE TOO! STAY AWAY
There is mold in the bathrooms and we had let them know and they just ignored it. the bath tub is falling through the floor and water leaks all over the downstairs cabinets in the kitchen, intead off raising and fixing they put silicone around it. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!
