RecommendedThe services are good, but this place is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to contact about your bill. I’d like to dispute a “no show” fee for an appointment we cancelled. I also want to pay my bill with Care Credit, which they accept, but not through the online portal nor on the bill. When I leave messages, and I have left a few, I think *once* someone called back after a week and a half, and as luck had it I couldn’t answer in time. Everything about this place is pathetic. They won’t return calls for appointments and they are rude when you ask about the problem. Doctors leave you waiting for over an hour and then rush you, misdiagnosed twice, severe pain basically ignored until I had to go to emergency room. I’m thinking about going into the medical field after experiencing this joke of a practice.
RecommendedI’ve been to this clinic a handful of times, Dr. Jeremiah Keng is fantastic, and probably the best doctor I’ve ever been to. He is extremely thorough, kind, and has helped me when I was very sick a few different times. I’ve seen Emily Garza at the clinic once for a more minor issue, and she was great during that visit as well. Totally recommend this clinic and the providers at the clinic.
