Love this place, everyone is so nice and helpful, my son looks forward to the play center, and I've never felt more comfortable and confident!
Great facility, lot of different ways to work out from free weights, machines, aerobics, or speed bicycling (loud music getting them pumped up), large swimming pool, steam room, sauna, racket ball courts. To bad I had to quit using it due to working to many hours.
Can't say enough about how friendly the staff and members are! I've been gym shy but not anymore! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Wish they had a college student discount, but it's worth the money!
