It was my first time. Was treated excellent. JULIE my therap8 was excellent.
This definitely is the best around! There's plenty to do and the staff and trainers are amazing! Indoor track, pool, turf area adjacent to basketball court is awesome! I've utilized trainers there before. Ruston does a great job motivating you and "pushes" you to improve! I've been going here since 2012 and its second to none!
This is a great place to workout! I really love the friendly atmosphere here.
