I drove from Myrtle Beach to Conway, SC so that I could have Dr Proctor remove my cataracts. He was highly recommended by several of my co-workers who had personally witnessed him performing surgery. Initially, I had wanted to get the new light adjusting lens. I had been told that he was very experienced in inserting them and had really good results. Can't complain about Dr. Proctor. He had great bed side manners and was very informative compared to another in their office. My dad was about to go into surgery from information by another doctor in this office. We requested to see Dr. Proctor who told us to hold off on surgery bc my 74 yr dad eyes were not bad enough for surgery a d surgery could harm him more. Thank you Dr. Proctor for being honest!
Conway ophthalmology is a very well run back office. People are friendly, accurate, and accommodating. I highly recommend this organization for your eye care.
