I have sent emails to the company which they claim only Doug Shock can address. Doug has not called me or emailed me back. There is no supervisor to speak with. I have a huge concern with the lawn company and why Conway Management feels it is okay for the company to half cut grass that continues to tall and possibly have field mice, deers are always in the tall section of the grass and the grass near the homes (side walk) are poorly cut and not treated
I can't seem to get a hold of anyone or even find an email for the management team. last night my upstairs neighbor's toilet overflowed and consequently came through my exhaust fan and into my bathroom. I need this situation resolved asap!
Recommendedyour contracted lawn care company, yet again made horrible ruts behind my home. Also some sprayed some kind of grass killer along people's property and fences to kill the grass. I did not give permission for this!
There was a major windstorm on March 2nd that I am still dealing with Homeowners Insurance over getting repairs completed....yesterday I receive a notice from the HOA about my fence being partially torn down and having 30 days to have it repaired.
