We have both our children with Dr. Conway and are extremely impressed with the results of his work. At one point a dentist had recommended that two teeth that weren't descending be surgically removed. Dr. Conway used techniques that avoided surgery to solve the problem, keeping the teeth. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional - even his waiting room magazines are current issues! I would give him 6 stars out of 5 - outstanding work.

He began my treatments, then dropped my case after half a year out of the blue. This was due to an unrelated lawsuit he was aware of that involved friends/family/professional relations and repercussions upon the practitioner. While he oversaw the beginning of my ortho treatment, he did not provide recommendations or further counsel after he dropped the case. He was professional when treating me, yet his manner while dropping my case demonstrated fickle tendencies.

Dr Conway and his staff are true professionals. Whether for a short notice issue or scheduled appointment, they're courteous, helpful and efficient. The office and restrooms are spotless, they had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and it was nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable waiting area. I'd recommend this office to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment, regardless of age or issue.
