I've been a patient of Dr Conway's for over 7 years... and he has been nothing but wonderful to me.. But I followed ALL of his instructions. I love his office staff and have had a positive experience.. I had a tough case and wouldn't even think about going to anyone else.

Dr Conway has a poor beside manner to patients and is mean to kids if they don't do as told. Keeps lingering keeping on braces to make money.

I was a client of their's approximately ten years ago and I had a pleasant experience. Dr. Kelly is awesome! Now I am looking for an orthodontist for my daughter and I hope to bring her here. However, depending on my daughter's needs, I may require financing.

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely!
