I purchased a 2007 **** A4 on 4/21/2017 with the extended warranty through ***** ********. Within the first 30 days I had to take my car back to Conway to fix the passenger side windshield wiper that did not work and have the thermostat replaced as the car was not blowing out cool air with the AC on. 6 months later I had a coolant leak from the coolant flange. Every one of our vehicles comes with a 30 day/1000 mile warranty(whichever comes first) for the engine and transmission for the internal lubricated parts. Even if there are things that go wrong which our warranty does not cover, we always try to help our clients to take care of the issue. Stopped at Conway Imports several times throughout the years as I drive to and from work. Always had nice cars showing. This particular night I stopped to look at a *** X3 and it became mine (thru the magic of the financial guy!) Patrycja, the wonderful sales associate helped me several times as I considered other cars on different times of the year. This time I bought one. Everyone was helpful and answered all my questions. Please STAY AWAY from this dealer. They have amazing prices for a reason. I purchased a 2013 *** 528i from this dealer on 10-27-2017. on 2-2-2018, not even 3,000 miles after the purchase, or even an oil change performed, the vehicle just stopped on me in the middle of the highway. The engine "seized". Dead. Forever. I had it towed to the nearest *** dealer and they told me excessive slush was the reason for the seized engine and the estimated repair to replace the engine was around $11,000!!! I bought a car here on September 15 and on November 21st the transmission was blown! I went to talk to Sebastian and he kept talking about irrelevant subjects to try to make a point that they are not responsible for selling me lemon. They have had the car for a few weeks now and on Saturday Dec 15 he tells me that it will cost me 8k to fix and that i have to pay for the bill of the mechanics they sent it to. These guys are great! They helped me out from beginning to end. Coming from a first time buyer experience, they pointed me in the right direction and was really confident walking out with the car I wanted without expecting any trouble. Jesus and Karl were great!
