I am now a resident, and so far I’m truly enjoying my experience here! I haven’t had any issues with the property management. They’ve been very attentive to my maintenance requests and have made every effort to complete them quickly and properly. Rebecca has been wonderful in assisting me! The team is also very friendly and thoughtful. They even saved a plant for me from one of their events that I couldn’t attend due to scheduling—and personally delivered it to my door, which I truly appreciated. Had a rough start trying to learn how to utilize their rent application. Was charged $100 late fee and I was there for 4 days. Had trouble with the air conditioner and water under my sink. The maintenance team came immediately and all is good 😊 The good news is that Rebecca was exceptional and helped me get organized with the app. She is professional and kind and always looking to help. Kudos to Rebecca
