So very Grateful to Conway Ford for properly diagnosis and servicing my truck. Mitch Carpenter and his service team were extremely professional and courteous throughout entire process. My Truck now rides better than the day I purchased it. I now can resume towing my RV state to state without being stressed.
We had a appointment set for 1030 walked in and told us we don’t have an appointment even tho my husband called yesterday and I was with him when he called they offered us either a 1030 or 1130 but when I went in for appointment they said I didn’t have one and told me they would treat me like I had an appointment well I waited 45 min there and bays where empty and they didn’t touch my vehicle had one car in bay that’s it crazy!!!! Bad business won’t be there again
The alternator on our Honda Odyssey malfunctioned causing our car to die on our way to Myrtle Beach. We coasted in to Conway Ford. Jeremy answered the phone at 7:30 am and our car was fixed by lunch. Thank you for getting our vacation back on track.
5 stars isn't enough for Brandon and the service team at Conway Ford. After experiencing an issue with my Bronco shortly after purchase, Brandon went above and beyond to help. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting the situation resolved the right way. I took my 2020 explorer, and my wife's 2023 explorer here for service on mine, and a tire replacement on my wife's vehicle. I was more then satisfied with Conway Fords service department. I will have all our service or repair work done here.
