2 months ago I took my 2025 Ram 1500 in for its first oil change and tire rotation. I marked the tires and found they only rotated one side. I let service know and they took it back in to rotate the other side. I just hope the oil was changed no dipstick for me to check. I’m a retired mechanic, this is my first experience of having someone service my vehicle and it’s not a good one.

This place will rip you off i payed over 14000 dollars for a motor that has rust on the block and it to be installed around December of 24 the truck is still not fixed the truck was going into limp mode so I took it to them to have it fixed 1400 they said it was a throttle position sensor and it was not so I have that changed started driving at home and it goes back into limp mode I don't even work in that field and I believe I already know what the problem is but if these people don't get me straight when I talk to them the... read more
