When repair was finally completed, it was done quick and great.
Great service department friendly staff will always buy from them now couldn’t have been a better experience sale person was excellent
Still not happy, I have been there at least 6 times for this issue and now they say they need the vehicle again for a full day and I’ve been some days for many hours with no fix yet. I think a computer need to be replaced but the cost to Chrysler or Ram or Fiat is an issue. That’s not my problem. This is a custom van that cost 147,000 dollars so I don’t care about the company’s cost! You’re people are very nice but that’s not fixing my van!
