Came in because windshield wiper solution would not spray out. It was clogged up and they took care of that. They checked my tires and saw the rear tires needed to be replaced due to deteriorating treads. Put new tires on front and moved front tires to the back. Checked tire pressure and did an alignment. Very pleased with the service and them making sure I am safe on the road.

Great experience from and honest service department! I took my 2020 RAM 1500 in for regular service and asked to have the exhaust checked. Another local dealer had told me I needed the entire system replaced for roughly $2,200. Conway RAM looked at it and told me I only needed the manifolds replaced as they were cracked. I was then told this would be covered under the powertrain warranty! I would highly recommend this dealership for service, they are honest and do good work, and the also saved me $2,200!

I have rust on a new remanufactured heim motor they put in i called the manufacturered who made the motor and they told me no sir it should not have any rust on the block i really think they just put new heads on my hemi i worked a long time to get up that 13.000 dollars. The truck has been idling high the last few days finally found out the mechanic didn't put in the PCV valve it correctly it was laying on top of the engine where it had blowed out also found my new upper control arms had been greased they put too much greas... read more
