Bought a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee, sales person was Bruce very knowledgeable and great to work with
Purchased my truck from another dealership and was fed up with laziness and poor communication. Thankfully, I reached out to CCDJR and they quickly addressed all of my issues. Their tech remained in contact with me, updating me throughout the whole process and I am 100% satisfied. Haven't found a dealership like this in quite awhile.
Definitely picking them over other in the area- prices are fair and staff attentive. Oil change could have been faster than 2.5 hours, but yknow
I especially liked buying my truck from Benard. I only have had to use The service department because vandalized my truck and oil changes. The service department is usually backed up, which is an excellent sign people want them. I like dealing with Corey, who goes the extra mile. He communicates how much and how long to fix.
