RecommendedI am new in town, and was uncomfortable with the process of finding a new vet for my fur kids! I chose this one & I don’t regret a single thing about that decision. Everything about Dr. Smith and her staff is amazing! I am comfortable placing my babies in their care and I love the communication that they keep with you! This is a fantastic place of care and I highly recommend them to everyone!
We first started with Conway Animal Clinic with our first baby girl, Ava. After many health problems, she is doing great. We just celebrated her 3rd birthday, and I believe that is entirely due to the excellent care she has received from Dr. Smith! Amazing! The staff was very helpful and was patient to answer all my questions about my dogs heartworm protection and dental needs! I have never been so pleased with my vet visit.
The staff are awesome in explaining everything, even when you know whats happening. They are thorough, professional and very caring about our "babies". The staff has become family and I trust what they say. Love these guys!
Very courteous, genuinely care for both animals and their owners. It was nice getting a list printed out of our options along with the prices of the options so we could make the best choice for our kitty and still be able to afford it. We will continue to bring our animals to Conway Animal Clinic from here on out.
The staff here are some awesome people. My Woodrow has a snippy attitude sometimes, and they know it. He has to have medicine when he is groomed because he tends to bite. I hate that he acts this way but they know how to handle him with the utmost care. He's not aggressive, he's just got to be in control. Hates loud noises, so I have to separate him from small children. Thank you to your staff for taking care of my Woodrow. Karen Morgan
