RecommendedDr. smith takes care of all my cats. She has been with me through the deaths of two cats and has always be caring and understanding. She's blunt and doesn't sugar coat anything. I just got a new cat and she will be taking care of them too!
Super rude! I came home to my cat being sick and called to see if he could be helped with in the next day or so or anything I can do to help him or watch for. The lady never even tried to give me any advice.. it was " I don't have time, you need to go elsewhere. I don't have time to answer your questions. Im not seeing any new patients right now". Never will I call or recommend you. The snarky attitude was enough for me.
DVM Alice Smith and her staff are all incredible, compassionate, intelligent, and down-to-Earth. They recognize my dogs on sight and have developed a good relationship with them. Today Alice Smith took all of two seconds glancing at my dog before she had fully diagnosed what his problem was. I'm continually stunned by how skilled every single person working at Conway Animal Clinic is.💕 Adding a photo of the "problem child" because she's the only reason he's still alive and happy.
They are thorough and magnificently caring, thats why they've been our Vet for 16 years!! ^_^

OMG, Dr. Smith and the groomer were so amazing with my chihuahua, Moe. Everyone who works there were so sweet and understanding with Moe and me being so overprotective. Thank y'all so much and I will recommend y'all to every one
The absolute best vet I’ve ever taken my babies to. They truly care about animals and take such good care of them. They are extremely trustworthy and I wouldn’t want to bring my babies anywhere else ❤️
The best vet in my opinion. Love how they take care of my babies and know me and my babies by name!! Always willing to help answer my questions and do the best with my babies.
