This company seems to have really gone downhill. The turnover is insane as I barely recognize anyone. I dread coming here as it takes forever to get my orders brought out yet I’ll see shippers just chilling on their forklifts on their phones. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Our company has been working with convoy supply for more than 20 years. our sales rep Joey Duplantis is amazing and Pawan, Teanna, Jasnepreet and Geraldine at the Coquitlam location is very knowledgeable and helpful. Dispatch does an excellent work too with Chris and Graham. I'd recommend this place to anyone who has a roof to fix or a new roof to waterproof..

This place has been on a steady decline for a while now. Nonstop turnover and disorganized management makes for mass confusion whenever I’m in. Takes forever to get orders brought out.
