This used to be my go to roofing supplier but sadly it’s fallen off badly the last few years. Every time I’m in it’s a new face trying to help me and things seem very disorganized. Used to be able to quickly get what I needed but now I have to wait far too long yet I see shippers relaxing on their forklifts on their phones.
Favorite Convoy to go to by far! The staff are always friendly and always smiling! There's always one fella there, Paul i believe his name is, that always seems to go above and beyond for my husband and I. He deserves a raise! Thanks for everything! (Coquitlam location)
Our company has been working with convoy supply for more than 20 years. our sales rep Joey Duplantis is amazing and Pawan at the Coquitlam location is very knowledgeable and helpful. Dispatch does an excellent work too with Chris and Graham. I'd recommend this place to anyone who has a roof to fix.
This place has really gone downhill over the last few years with new management. Nonstop employee turnover and complete disorganization when I come in to pick up. Takes forever to get material brought out and half the time it’s wrong. I dread coming here now.
Took over 40 minutes just to get a tiny order brought out. Disorganized and embarrassing.
