My grandmother was a patient at Conviva for a week, and we're very relieved to be switching her to another clinic. Our experience was extremely disappointing. The management seemed disorganized and unhelpful, and it felt like there was a lack of support for patients. During one of my grandma's appointments, I overheard another patient saying that a nurse had taken their phone to write a positive review for themselves, which was very concerning.
