Horrendous. Should be closed down. The "doctors" have no clue what they're doing, and the office staff is the most incompetent unorganized irresponsible group of people I've ever seen at a medical facility. I feel angry that I have to leave at least one star, but Google wouldn't let me leave zero. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS HORRIBLE FACILITY.
10/3/2025: I sure miss when they were Bloom medical there new staff knows nothing not to mention there people that answer the phones. I take my mother there for a INR often the new girl in the lab pokes her finger then makes her squeeze it herself then once she done luckily the band aides are in site because every time i have to put one on her finger. the one girl always schedules her next appointment right there in the lab yet the other one has no idea how to do this. any how the lab terrible. then upon checking out i asked... read more
Everyone is courteous and helpful. Pleasant surroundings. Great doctors especially Dr. Ovierto and Dr. Thomas. Concerned, caring and very knowledgeable. Every visit is a pleasure.
