Staff is very courteous!
Front desk staff needs to be trained on how to work with the public specifically in the Healthcare industry. Staff needs to learn compassion and empathy. People are there because they are sick or not feeling well. Staff seems to be very volatile. I know the job can be tough I managed a multi-provider office myself. I called for a prescription renewal they said they would call me when sent to pharmacy, I was never called and it was sent to the wrong pharmacy
This place has switched me through five doctors in one month. Not one of them followed up with a call a visit or anything in fact one of them prescribed a class one narcotic without seeing or talking to me and two others I never met. I only spoke with them on the phone. At the beginning of this month I went in there with a one centimeter growth on my pancreas. It's now 5 cm and they won't even answer a call from me in 4 days.
