This is the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life! You can’t call your doctor’s office anymore you have to go through service. They screw up the messages constantly! I love when you’re on hold and the automated system says how important you are and if you have a problem you can be seen the same day. That never happens! I will be looking for another primary doctor’s office.
I am unable to open my Convivs Health portal and therefore unable to get important notices from my primary. I have spoken to 4 or 5 people over several days, been assured it will be corrected and it has not.
Aetna Walgreens sells out information and it’s very dificulte to stop it conviva opened and account without my consent for me I asked to be removed as I never signed up and I’m still in their database receiving spam emails and my Information not protected I called again and they tell me will put me In the do not contact but i need to be removed as I never signed up or agreed to this they have all my personal information
