I’ve been to this clinic twice. We live in the Village, and our Urgent Care, outside the west gate, is going through staffing issues. The first time I went to this clinic, the entire staff treated me with kindness and compassion. Obviously, I didn’t feel good. The staff at the front desk knows that, so they efficiently handled my intake process. The nurse that took me to the back was equally kind, compassionate, and efficient.
