Hello. I'm Marcy Smith. I was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2011. My working with Janet was a very rewarding experience and our one to one professional relationship accelerated my goals, including the basic fundamental of speaking with intent. Her patience positive reinforcement was key in my rapid progress. Thank you Janet.
My husband with Parkinson's Disease completed a six week, twice a week, speech therapy program with Janet Convey. Both of us learned how this disease affects speaking and swallowing, and the importance of speaking with intent. Before completing the program, Janet introduced us to a website that offers great resources. My husband can now log on and work on similar practice sessions online.
