Mazzy and Zuzu love the Doc! Everyone is very attentive and caring!
The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. The Veterinarians treat my dogs like people through a number of illnesses and just routine pet care. We've been going here for years.
Only saw the doctor once, she was great and explained everything to our 12 year old regarding her new pup. Other times however we have been disappointed. Front desk staff is not friendly, acts bothered and annoyed you are interrupting their breakfast. We will be taking our pup elsewhere. Front desk is the first impression of a business and we were not impressed. Everyone has a bad day but when it has happened three times we are done. Doctor seemed wonderful so it is a shame.
I have been a client of Converse Animal Hospital for 20 plus years and with each visit I continue to be reminded of the true dedicated individuals at this facility. Beginning with Dr. Mary Ann Johansen the sincere dedication occurs. Let me just summarize my comment by saying I would not hesitate taking my animal for care to this facility for I know the care would be the absolute best!
The best people the best equipment =the best care for your pet.
Such a great experience as a new patient! Our Yorkie poo was very well taken care of and felt lots of love from Dr. Johansen and all of the staff. We will for sure be back!
