No. Gave a $300 dog waste station to this property, being a nice tenant due to seeing a complaint online from another tenant (Luisa) discussing bad management and gross amounts of dog feces at the dog park. Which is true. Gross. They sat with this waste station for almost 2 months until I asked. If tenants have to rectify problems on a property- you need new management.
