Love living here staff Brittany, Bri and Robbi are so kind and truly go above and beyond for every single resident. Clean property, clean hallways, clean pool!!! Absolutely love it so far!
One of my best experience ever, Robbi from the management helped me out about the move-in and move-out process very smoothly and helpful.
If you like a dog park with dog poop, poor communication from property managers, and things on the property that constantly break and take a long time to fix this is the place for you. Also, vandalism in the pool happened this year. The apartments are new but don’t be fooled they are far from perfect.
The apartments themselves are very nice. They are brand new & are in a very safe and walkable area. They have no dog restrictions which was a must for us. Maintenance & the office staff are quick to respond when there’s a problem. However, for a 1bd apartment we are spending $1,600 a month. I live with my partner so we split our rent, but if I had to pay it by myself, not sure I would be able to justify paying that much. Additionally, the dog park is covered in dog poop. Can I just take a minute and acknowledge the ladies in the leasing office at Converge?!?! They say that you know if you are going to renew within the first 24 hours of living somewhere and I do not plan on leaving as long as Brittany, Meredith and Bri are there! They have made my experience so amazing and hassle free! If you need anything, they are doing everything they can to make it happen! Any questions I have, they are answered!
