The apartments themselves are very nice. They are brand new & are in a very safe and walkable area. They have no dog restrictions which was a must for us. Maintenance & the office staff are quick to respond when there’s a problem. However, for a 1bd apartment we are spending $1,600 a month. I live with my partner so we split our rent, but if I had to pay it by myself, not sure I would be able to justify paying that much. Additionally, the dog park is covered in dog poop. Can I just take a minute and acknowledge the ladies in the leasing office at Converge?!?! They say that you know if you are going to renew within the first 24 hours of living somewhere and I do not plan on leaving as long as Brittany, Meredith and Bri are there! They have made my experience so amazing and hassle free! If you need anything, they are doing everything they can to make it happen! Any questions I have, they are answered! Converge NW is a great community! It has comfortable amenities to enjoy with the whole family! The club house features including the pool and the fitness center are really outstanding. The community’s management also has been easy going, kind and pretty helpful with the few issues I have faced. From my experience I have to say that I recommended it 100%.
The leasing staff is so incredibly kind and wonderful to work with. Everything is clean, organized and well built. This is definitely my favorite complex I’ve lived in!
