Was pleased to see them on-site. Everything always goes so smoothly with them.
What a terrible vendor experience we had with this company as our first and now last in getting an on-site electrical service paid and submitted which on day of service and event going live the very next day, we couldn't get access to the main power source after all. We ended up not using their electric power source due to lack of accessibility yet they still insist we aren't entitled to a full refund. So they are OK to take our payment with no electrical service fully rendered or utilized.
