I went to get a chest xrays July 31st. Canceled the appointment due to staffing..Rescheduled it for Saturday..again canceled..Rescheduled to Sunday..Thought it.was odd for a Sunday..Sure.enough, parked..They called stating they do not do Xrays!! Rescheduled on Monday..Again got a.phone call stating that someone called in sick. Finally got it done on Tuesday. Worst meducal scheduling place I've ever been in..
Nurses were nice, the male PA was angry and rude. I'll go to the other Urgent Care next time.

I was visiting from out of state, and the receptionist was able to help me with registration, check insurance coverage, and help me find a local pharmacy.
Yesterday, I went to ConvenientMD in Pittsfield, MA. I was checked in promptly, seated in an exam room where my vitals were taken. I met with a nurse practiser, who was very thorough. She listened to me and diagnosed my ear infection. I was prescribed medication and giveninstructions. I was out in about 1 hour. I was very happy with this office and would recommend it to friends and family.
