I am beyond disappointed with the care my child received at this urgent care. My child was prescribed an amoxicillin dose for strep throat that was significantly below the appropriate weight-based dosing. As a healthcare provider myself, I found this completely unacceptable. Pediatric medication dosing is a curtail part of pediatric medicine. Weight-based calculations are basic medicine, and in today’s world even AI can verify a dose in seconds. The staff were polite but the turn around time is ridiculous this is now the 3rd time I’ve been here and takes them over 2 hours just for someone to walk in and talk to you, I came in for something that should’ve took 20 minutes tops and they’ve turned it into almost 3 hours
Check in was simple and quick. This establishment is very clean, modern, and spacious. The nurse was friendly and took her time gathering my information. I really liked the Physicians Assistant (PA). She was kind and knowledgeable. She acknowledged my medical history and I was comfortable with her recommendations.I really like this location. Great staff!
