The staff were very friendly and warm, I was seen quickly and efficiently. It was a good experience!
My husband scheduled an appt for noon. Fever of 104+, abdominal pain, lack of appetite...Arrived 15 minutes prior to appt and then waited until 12:35pm to call him up to the window to tell him they are super busy and can they do a virtual visit for him. I feel like we shouldn't have the option to schedule appointments if the appointment won't be honored.
The entire staff members were caring and genuinely concerned and kind especially when one is sick it helped to not have to fight for medicine because I know my body better than anyone else. It's great to know that they're kind, caring, and good human beings!! My being an immigrant didn't matter, all they wanted was to get me well at my 75 years of age with a cough and cold. They explained and answered all my curious questions!! Thank you so much for being good human beings!!
