My fiancé had to visit this clinic while he was working in Vermont. We received a bill in December, paid it via phone call with Carol in January. She stated she would mail a receipt. Received a collection notice 3 days ago?? Can't get anyone to answer the phone at either business. Is this a scam you all run up North? Now will have to contact attorney over an 80$ office visit bill.
Always received prompt service and a nononsense approach. I really liked dr. Cook. Sorry I moved and won't be seeing him now he gave me great care
