Scope of work: Seal all ducts, re-work sheet metal over furnace, attach non functional returns. Provide blower door test results prior to work starting and at the end to show the improvement of their work. Disappointing company to work with, post Sales process. The owner of this company is knowledgable. I thought that he was a bit abrasive at first but chalked it up to being overly sensitive on our part. I’ve been with Convenient since 2014. They have always been responsive with quality work. In 2018, I had a five year old furnace replaced at my new house that was junk put in by the builder. At this time, Mike sold me a NSI carbon monoxide detector. Two months later it saved my life when a faulty sump pump battery backup overheated and was emitting carbon monoxide.
