I'm not at all taking up for them, but whatever anyone's hours are usually they will stop taking patients 15 min before their closing time because they already have patients in the back that usually are being looked at (or they think it will go past closing time! 🤷♀️)
I am a very difficult person... yet this is the best idea to happen to Vincennes in the last 50yrs. My dr takes 3hrs to wait to get service. These ppl took 30mins and wrote the same medications. With my insurance.... $0 copay 5 stars
They closed two hours early.
Went there with my girlfriend to get this bad rash she has looked at we should up at 7:45 and they said done seen there last patient for today well the don’t put that you’re open tell 8 on your hours if you ain’t gonna help somebody or see them tell close. Sorry you would have to stay over and little to help somebody. Good sam is a joke. Sorry we was trying to get you to do your job what you are supposed to do…. HELP PEOPLE.
Turned away my 4 year old after telling us we would be accepted. Drove over from Lawrenceville. Would not take IL Medicaid. Had to take my daughter to ER to wait for hours when she couldn’t hold down fluids. Absolute joke. Will never return. Will tell everyone I know for the rest of my natural life to avoid coming here!
