RecommendedWent there this week and saw a FNP. I got right in and she was wonderful and listened to my symptoms .
Due to Drs. office being closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday, I made my first trip to the Convenient Care Clinic. My visit was exactly that - CONVENIENT! They had my records from my family doctor so little paperwork to complete. Very friendly, helpful staff to make my first visit a good experience.
The staff was very nice but the nurse practitioner was very rude and hateful. She acted almost mad that I was there and didn't go to my primary doctor. DO NOT GO THERE!
I was sent from the "Convenient" Care Clinic to Good Sam's lab to get a nasal flu swab test done because the clinic was out, and I was not told that billing for that test was going to cost more than the office visit! Now they will not negotiate the price of the test when at my doctor's office it costs $25!! I will not go back to the INCONVENIENT CARE CLINIC not matter how sick I am. I will go somewhere else.
Will never go back!!!! Went last month for a coughing and chills, and they said I had a sinus infection, and a no 3 days later was admitted to another hospital with pneumonia!!!!! Do not recommend this place awful place!!!!
Great experience on my first trip to this clinic. Everyone was very nice, I got right in and they did not try to order a million $$$'s worth of tests for me. I really appreciate them being there on the weekend to see patients that are not able to sit in the,Dr's office during the work week waiting to be seen. Thanks again!! Kudos!!
