STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ---- This place deserves a -0- rating I am owed a few apologies from Kristen Jackson (Cherrington) , Dr. Mark Deyoung his nurse Katie , they have very loose lips that sink ships and love to talk about patients behind there backs. ( I didn't give her any permission to discuss my health issues with anyone else i havnt even seen her she came back from being laid off from covid and she wants to talk to other about me in 2025 WTH is wrong with the medical group ? She is an excellent doctor very patient very thorough. I had a problem and she couldn't figure it out called other doctors to consult with her on my issue and then she went back and looked through all of her books, my records and found what was causing my problem. I highly recommend her!
They're scam artists. Their robo dialer set up some supplies against my will and then they wouldn't allow me to return the supplies, still in original packaging and unscathed. They charged my insurance a ridiculous amount of money for unwanted supplies. When I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, the CEO Bob Senneff, called and bullied me on the phone about my complaint. Also the day I stopped in to return the supplies, at least one lady was super rude and confrontational. Customer beware!
