I am absolutely appalled at what transpired when I took my daughter to this facility. She went in for a UTI that was not getting better with increasing pain after her regular dr canceled her appt on a Friday afternoon. Upon arrival, she asked specifically if they would do a full pelvic exam and she was told yes. If they couldn't we wouldn't have stayed. I have had 2 visits here so far, and found the front desk people down stairs in the urgent care center were very helpful directing me to the second floor where to go to see my primary physician. The people on the 2nd floor at the front desk were also very friendly. Probably the most friendly I've ever experienced in a doctor's office. My doctor. My experience was horrible. I will advise everyone to be very careful. My mom is sick. My sister made an appointment to the doctor for my 85-year-old mom on Tuesday 8:20 in the morning. I drove my mom to the doctor. I went with her to the room. She got tested for covid and some other virus which came out negative. My mama had severe sore throat.
