RecommendedI took my car to Convenience Tire and Auto and they took care of me so good it was a bad water pump my car was running loud and somebody else quoted me double the price but these guys fixed for half the price and I am so pleased they really take good care of you I would suggest anybody to go to them. Good price and great service.
I've used Convenience Tire & Auto before to service my 2006 Porsche Cayman, I was very pleased with my previous services and I actually had a good trust going with that workshop. Sadly to say, a week I towed my car there for to check a white smoke coming out of the exhaust, the mechanic who checked my car said through Timmy the shop owner, my engine is damage and irreparable, the shop recommend an engine replacement for a cost equal to the value of the car. What a pleasure to work with such professionals! Knowledgeable, personable, respectful and they got the job done on time and right on budget! Thanks to them, I was back to driving my own car in no time! Highly recommend even if you don't live in Manassas! Worth the drive.
On Thursday my car ran hot and God guided me to Convenience. An anxious and frightened senior citizen got such warm and caring service and got back on the road to her grandchildren in no time. Oil, water, leaks and running hot indicator check later I felt assured and safe. I recommend them highly and thank them hardily.
NO!! Don't take anything to Convenience Tire & Auto Your cars will not be fixed right if so it will take you 3 or 4 times going there to get them to fix it right. Prices are way high plus they like to find things wrong to charge you more.The owner talks a great game but is so full of it. I think there as crooked as a place can be. Had an inspection sticker there wow back light didn't work staring was hard to stare so how did they pass it took them a month to fix (and its still NOT right) Bad business
