I was delayed on my way to work this morning due to the driver not only parked on the wrong side of the road, but then parking so crooked that nobody could get by. Then, they THREW, and I mean launched these garbage cans onto the ground. You can see where they went up Albany based on the garbage carcasses scattered everywhere.

At 5:09 was on eagle near Tilden there truck picking up garbage. I clearly STOPPED as the helper got the garbage. When he was behind the truck I started to go past because he had no more blue bags at that house on that side. The driver proceeded to cut me off and nearly hit me because HES NOT PAYING ATTENTION. I have dash cam video the office can reach out and maybe use it for driver training. Reckless driving in a huge dump truck. Has his lights flashing as he barrels like a battering ram at what appears to be 50 mph on city surface streets. Today near Facton hospital at time of posting

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Controlled Waste Systems Inc. Over the past few months, I have encountered numerous issues that have not been addressed despite multiple complaints. Firstly, the pickup schedule is highly inconsistent. There have been several occasions where my garbage was not collected on the designated day, leading to an unsightly and unhygienic situation.
