I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Controlled Waste Systems Inc. Over the past few months, I have encountered numerous issues that have not been addressed despite multiple complaints. Firstly, the pickup schedule is highly inconsistent. Worse customer service ever not only did they not pick up the garbage when called about the issue was very rude short and not helpful

Absolutely disgraceful place. Wish I couldn’t even put a star here. I called these regarding something I needed to receive from them, the lady I spoke to was highly unprofessional, she cussed at me and raised her voice with me, like I was rude or something. I can’t even believe that businesses like this are even aloud to operate. What a shame. Absolutely disgusted with the way this business operates and treats people. Highly suggest they just close there doors.
