I had Damon, the Service Tech, out at my house yesterday and he was wonderful. Very friendly, didn't tease me when I didn't know some of the basic things I should know being a homeowner of almost two years, and let me ask all sorts of random questions and even let me watch him replace my sprinkler heads because I was so amazed. My house was built in 1926 and sometime in the 50s a sprinkling system was installed. I consider it to be delicate due to age, old pipes and depth of of top soil built-up. Growing increasingly frustrated with old brass sprinkler-heads and constant breakdowns, I called Controlled Rain. I am so happy with their outstanding service. Controlled Rain is the right choice for all your irrigation and landscaping needs. We are on their annual winterizing service both for our home and our business. It is so nice to know they will take care of our irrigation system to keep it in tip top shape and we don't even have to call them to schedule an appointment! A+ service!
